I help patients navigate available patient assistance programs for eligible psychiatric medications, including antipsychotic medications. I provide support with application completion, submission, and follow-up to help patients explore options for accessing their prescribed medications.
Patient assistance forms for antipsychotic medications can be found on my Forms page. Patients can visit the Forms page on my website to access the available forms and get started.
There is no charge to patients for my patient assistance application support. Eligibility and approval are determined by the individual assistance programs.
