My Provider Service Agreement outlines the services provided, pricing, payment terms, responsibilities, and expectations to ensure a clear and professional working relationship. Each agreement is tailored to the services selected by the practice before work begins. Appropriate patient privacy and HIPAA Business Associate Agreements will also be established when required. My goal is to provide dependable administrative support while helping practices reduce paperwork and support patient access to prescribed medications.
